Facility Rental

The covered arena and portions of the property are available for event rental on the dates shown below for weddings, family, high school reunions, and other small events. We have 50 parking spots, which will typically accommodate up to approximately 100-125 guests. However, our parking areas and facilities do not have adequate room for parking multiple trailers or stalls for horse show events. We are located at 4651 Rummell Road, St. Cloud, Florida, 34771.   • Typically $200-250/hour, depending on event & requirements
  • Half the total rental fee, plus a $500 refundable cleaning deposit, are due 30 days before event. Cleaning deposit may be refunded if no damage is done, the facility is returned to pre-rental and all guests off premises on time.
  • Facility rental includes one employee on-site, maintaining bathrooms and answering questions. Additional staff can be added for additional fee if needed for parking attendant, guest direction, bridal party assistance, etc.
  • Required for alcohol, which must be consumed in and remain in the covered arena/pavilion area.
  • Required for tents larger than 10x10.
  • Food service is allowed by caterers, food trucks, or in a picnic/covered dish style.
  • No food may be prepared onsite except for grilling of hot dogs and such. Anything that produces a lot of grease that must be disposed of is not allowed. We cannot offer a kitchen for food prep.
  • No late-night activity is allowed per county guidelines, so all activity must conclude by 10:00 p.m.
  • Vendors must show proof of liability insurance.
