Barn Tours
Several times a year we offer free barn tours to individuals or groups of 20 or less. During the walking tour, visitors meet our therapy horses, walk through our 14-stall barn, see our covered arena, and hear the story of how McCormick, Heavenly Hooves, and Camp McCormick came to be.
Registration is on a first come basis. There is no charge, but charitable donations are appreciated. Contact us to find out more.
Facility Rental
The covered arena and portions of the property are available for event rental for weddings, family, high school reunions, and other small events. We have 50 parking spots, which will typically accommodate up to approximately 100-125 guests. However, our parking areas and facilities do not have adequate room for parking multiple trailers or stalls for horse show events. We are located at 4651 Rummell Road, St. Cloud, Florida, 34771. Pricing
Typically $200/hour for up to 4 hours (discounted to $100/hour for a 501c3), or $900 flat fee for 5-9 hours (discounted to $450 for a 501c3), depending on event & requirements.
Stall rental may be available for an additional $25/stall.
Facility rental includes one employee on-site, maintaining bathrooms and answering questions. Additional staff can be added for additional fee if needed for parking attendant, guest direction, bridal party assistance, etc.
Permits
Required for alcohol, which must be consumed in and remain in the covered arena/pavilion area.
Required for tents larger than 10x10.
Food
Food service is allowed by caterers, food trucks, or in a picnic/covered dish style.
No food may be prepared onsite except for grilling of hot dogs and such. Anything that produces a lot of grease that must be disposed of is not allowed. We cannot offer a kitchen for food prep.
Time Restrictions
No late-night activity is allowed per county guidelines, so all activity must conclude by 10:00 p.m.
Vendor Liability
Vendors must show proof of liability insurance.
