Derby Race & Taste
McCormick's biggest event of the year, Derby Race & Taste, is held the first Saturday in May--the same day as the running of the Kentucky Derby. Guests enjoy an elegant evening of high-stakes races on the big screen, casino fun, live music, and fine dining. Sponsorships packages are available. Event information can be found here.
McCormick Cup
The McCormick Cup Charity Golf Tournament is held annually each fall at Isleworth Country Club in Windermere, Florida. In addition to a round of golf, players enjoy a breakfast, tournament golf shirt and hat, and an awards luncheon. Sponsorship packages are available. Trail Ride
Early each spring McCormick hosts a charity trail ride. Participants compete to get the most sponsorships and win a prize. In addition to a beautiful morning of riding through the wild beauty of Central Florida trails, riders enjoy a yummy BBQ awards lunch. Sign up forms are posted to the McCormick website after the first of the year.
Summer Camp
Kids love McCormick's summer horse camp! Each summer, the week-long day camp is held the last three weeks of June. Camp participants learn to ride a horse, discover new facts about horsemanship and horse care, participate in crafts and fun games, and just enjoy time at the barn. Camp is for ages 8-14, and is the perfect opportunity for kids from our community that do not qualify for our regular programs, to have a chance to enjoy our horses and our facilities.
