Elli Mae Goodman foundation

Elli came into this world on January 24, 2018, and instantly made everything shine a bit brighter. She was all about living life to the fullest, loud and proud, and with a touch of glitter. Elli had a heart of gold, always caring and giving. She made sure everyone around her was happy and well taken care of, and her love extended to all animals, especially her family's horses.

But on November 9, 2021, Elli, her Ima, brother, and sister were in a car accident that took Elli from us on November 16, 2021. That day, our world changed forever. Out of this deep sorrow, a new mission was born - the Elli Mae Goodman Foundation, in partnership with McCormick Research Institute. Elli's love for horses and her giving spirit fuel our commitment to support the Heavenly Hooves program, which brings healing and joy to children with special needs through therapeutic riding.

Since 2002, Heavenly Hooves has positively impacted over 25,000 individuals by pairing PATH certified instructors with specially trained horses. In a safe and supportive environment, students learn horse grooming, care, and riding, fostering accomplishment, confidence, and a sense of inclusion.
